Bowring Park Luxury Cattery Terms & Conditions PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Collection, Delivery & Opening Times. We offer a FREE Collection & Delivery Service, and as we live in a residential area we ask if customers could please make use of our collection & Delivery service. If however you would like to visit us before your cat stays with us or drop your cat off yourself please note that this is by appointment only as we live in a residential area and when visiting please park inside the premises on our driveway. Appointments to view the cattery or drop off your cat are Monday-Friday between 3:00pm-5:00pm and Saturdays between 9:00am-12:00pm. –This is because we live in a residential area and it is part of our licensing conditions set out by the council. When you come please can you park inside the premises on our driveway We are closed on Sundays, bank holidays, xmas eve, day, boxing day, new years eve and day. Our FREE collection & Delivery service runs from Monday-Fridays 9:00am-6:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am-12:00pm. Deposit, Days Charged and Prices Day of arrival, day of departure and all days booked are charged for - as we do not ask you to vacate by a certain time. A £20 non-refundable booking fee will be charged to secure your booking. Please note that this deposit ONLY covers the dates booked for on this form, if your dates change we would need another booking form and £20 deposit. This is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final bill. Our prices are £9.50 per day for 1 cat, £14.50 for 2 cats per day (if sharing), £24.00 per day for 3 cats, £29 per day for 4 cats etc. VIC chalets are £10.50 per day for 1 cat, £15.50 per day for 2 cats, £26.00 per day for 3 cats, £31 per day for 4 cats. (xmas eve, day, boxing day, new years eve & day are charged at double rate) Cats staying in the VIC chalets also have the choice of a wider menu. The total price will be payable by either cash or cheque only. If paying by cheque we must have full payment the day your cat comes to stay or if paying by cash this can be paid at the end We do not accept cheques at the end of your cats stay. Please note that the dates booked for on your form will be fully charged for even if you decide to come home early or change your dates, this is because other bookings have not been taken in order to accommodate your cat. Medication is charged at 50p per treatment. We must have Health A condition of boarding is that your pet is in a fit and healthy condition and it is recommended that your cat has their vaccination – cat flu and feline enteritis. In the event your pet or pets show signs of illness, we will contact you or your emergency contact immediately to discuss the situation and if necessary take your cat to your vet if within a 5 mile radius otherwise our own vet will be used. This amount will be payable by you when you collect your cat. We accept no liability in the unlikely event your pet becomes ill, lost or dies during their stay as the environment is safe and thouroughly cleaned. All pets are left entirely at the owner's risk. Non-Collection If pets aren't collected within 7 days of the date on which s/he is due to leave the cattery, and no communication is received from the owner, a decision to rehome the pet will be made at the cattery owners' discretion. · If possible please make sure you remove your cats collar before they come to us · On the day your cat leaves we offer a compulsory drop off service meaning we will drop your cat of to you free of charge at a time that suits you (between opening hours) · A condition of boarding is that you cat does not have any fleas · We do not take any male cats over the age of 6 months who haven’t been neutered/castrated · We recommend that cats are vaccinated against feline enteritis and cat flu (annual booster should cover this) · Minimum cost of stay is £25 · In the event of any cancellations we ask for 7 days notice otherwise the full amount will be still be payable. This is because other bookings have not been taken in order to accommodate your cat and we are only a small cattery. · Deposits only cover the dates booked for on this form and non-refundable and non-transferable. · Anyone visiting the cattery must park inside the gates of the premises on the driveway.
