Payment – A £20 non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings this will be deducted from the final total. Full payment for boarding must be made in full on the day of arrival or collection by either cash or cheque. Payment for any veterinary treatment which may be required is due on the day of collection. Please make cheques payable to Rent A Bod. Our prices are £5 per day inclusive- which includes the day your pet comes and the day your pet leaves, to have the run attached is an extra £1.50 per day. Xmas eve, day, boxing day, new years eve and day are charged at double rate. Please note that the dates booked for on your form will be fully charged for even if you decide to come home early, this is because other bookings have not been taken in order to accommodate your pet. Minimum cost of stay is £20. In the Event of any cancellations we need 7 days notice otherwise the full amount is still payable. This is because other bookings have not been taken in order to accommodate your pet and we are only a small business. The deposit ONLY cover the dates booked for on this form if your dates change you will lose this deposit as it is non-refundable and non transferable. Any bounced cheques will be subject to a charge of £15 OPENING TIMES - We are open Monday-Friday 3:00pm-5:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am-12:00pm by appointment only for you to come and drop of your pet or view the hotel (please book in advance to avoid disappointment as we may not have any slots available). Please note that as we live in a residential area, customers are asked to park inside the premises on our driveway and please stick to their appointment times as we are only allowed one customer at a time at the premises. (This is due to our licensing conditions set out to us by the council). We offer a FREE pick up and drop service if you would like us to come and collect your pet and this runs from Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am-12:00pm. (If you would like a specific time please book in advance to avoid disappointment as the time you want may already be taken). We are closed on Sundays, bank holidays, xmas eve, xmas day, boxing day, new years eve & new years day. Additional costs– Everything is provided apart from your animals dry feed, we ask you to provide your pets dry feed for the duration of their stay when you make the booking. If you do not provide us with your pets dry feed or there is not enough we will then buy more of your pets feed and you will be charged this amount plus £10 delivery. Medication is charged at 50p per treatment per pet. Small Animal Deluxe Pamper sessions – We offer deluxe pamper sessions for rabbits and guinea-pigs which consists of shampoo, conditioner, detangle, blow dry, massage and groom. Small Animal Pamper Sessions are £8 per pet. Illness- In the event your pet or pets show signs of illness, we will contact you or your emergency contact immediately to discuss the situation. We accept no liability in the unlikely event your pet becomes ill or dies during their stay as the environment is safe and is kept clean. All pets are left entirely at the owner's risk. If your pet requires veterinary attention, we will transport your pet(s) free of charge to your vet (if your vet is within 5 miles) or to our local vet. We will follow the advice of the vet regarding the treatment of your pet(s) and any vet's fees will be charged to you, the owner. Your pet(s) will be treated under your name and address. Payment for vet's fees is due when you collect your pet(s). Ill animals may be moved inside the house so that we can keep a close eye on them and provide better care. Death - Small animals can sometimes pass away suddenly, so in the highly unlikely event your pet passes away during their stay, we will contact you or your emergency contact immediately and will do our utmost to follow your wishes. We accept no liability in the unlikely event your pet becomes ill or dies during their stay as the environment is safe and is kept clean, All pets are left entirely at the owner's risk. Non-Collection - In the event you do not collect your pet at the agreed date, or contact us within 7 days of the arranged date of collection, we reserve the right to seek to re-home your pet.
